Kesampaian juga mencoba kaldu Totole rasa jamur yang lagi happening banget di komunitas ibu-ibu sehat anti MSG 😁 Dari awal kemunculan produk ini yang hanya di jual di komunitas-komunitas, terus mulai bisa dibeli bebas via online, masih juga belum beli karena harganya mahal belum ongkir. Dan setelah maju mundur cantik buat beli, sekarang baru sempat beli, itu pun pas gak sengaja liat di swalayan ada yang begini. Walaupun akhir-akhirnya aku lebih suka belanja di internet. Sebetulnya Totole kaldu rasa jamur ini diperuntukan bagi para vegetarian, yang dari mulai ke kaldu-kaldu gak boleh ada unsur hewani. Dan semakin tenar dikalangan penggiat diet sehat bebas kolesterol, karena kaldu dari tumbuhan tidak mengandung lemak sama sekali, dan karena sangat alami dan tidak menggunakan MSG, maka ibu-ibu yang punya balita khususnya, berbondong-bondong lah membicarakan kaldu ini.. Review: Desaku Bumbu Bubuk Kari

Ada beberapa alasan ibu-ibu malas berkecimpung di dunia perdapuran, karna emang gak bisa masak, atau bisa juga karena malas repot. syukur-syukur bisa selalu beli makanan ke restoran yah, tapi kalau ngga..gak ada pilihan lain selain masak sendiri, tak hanya faktor eknonomi ( yang faktanya masak sendiri jauh lebih murah, karena kita gak perlu bayar tenaga koki) tapi juga faktor kesehatan dan nutrisi. Makanan di luaran belum tentu memenuhi standar nutrisi yang biasanya ibu-ibu paling konsen soal ini. Misal untuk penambahan MSG atau mecin misalnya, atau alergi terhadap makanan tertentu, atau apalah..apalah..masih banyak lagi 😊. Kalau alasan gak bisa masak, klasik banget ya. Karena pada dasarnya semua orang punya naluri merasa lapar dan mencari makanan, masak adalah tingkat lanjut dari kata survive , bedanya hanya satu ada yang enak dan tidak..hehe, itu aja kok. Nah kalau alasannya yang kedua, malas. Ini ya mau gimana lagi, aku sendiri (walaupun gak bilang jago juga dalam urusan masa...

Resep Tteokbokki (Khas Korea Selatan)

Drakor boleh merapat lagi... Hehe kalau yang hobi nonton drakor pasti gak asing lagi liat makanan ini, coz di film-film juga banyak. Aku mah gak penasaran sama drama serinya, tapi sama makanannya, apa lagi setelah demam k-pop merajalela, di Indonesia jadi banyak bertebaran resto-resto ala korea. Setelah kedai ramyun, mungkin bentar lagi pojangmacha yang bakal banyak disudut-sudut jalan. (Itu juga kalau masih musim k-pop ya..) Kali ini aku coba eksekusi salah satu jajanan rakyat yang paling tenar di Korsel, dan yang lagi hits juga dimasak sama para food blogger..hehe, Tteokbokki. Tteokbokki adalah jajanan yang terbuat dari tepung beras yang dibentuk silinder dicampur bumbu-bumbu dan sayuran,  yang bahan utamanya terdiri dari Tteok (kue beras) dan saus gochujang. Resep Angeun Kacang Beureum (Khas Sunda)

"Tokecang tokecang bala gendir tosblong, angeun kacang...angeun kacang sapependil kosong, aya listrik di masigit meni caang katingalna aya istri jangkung alit karangan dina pipina, tokecang tokecang bala gendir tosblong, angeun kacang...angeun kacang sapependil kosong." Lirik lagu daerah Jawa Barat tersebut mengingatkan aku pada masa masih sekolah dasar, di mana setiap anak di tes menyanyikan lagu tersebut di depan kelas satu persatu. Yang menarik dari lirik lagu "Tokecang" tersebut adalah terselip daftar menu makanan khas Jawa Barat, mungkin saking membuminya makanan tersebut di tatar Sunda, maka dijadikan lirik lagu daerah. Kenapa tidak sangu tutug oncom ? atau pais lauk? atau apalah..apalah...hehe Angeun Kacang Bereum atau Sayur Kacang Merah ini, memiliki rasa yang segar, karena hadirnya asam jawa di sana. Hmm..mungkin mendekati rasa sayur asem ya, namun tidak menggunakan bahan yang beraneka ragam. Kacang merah sendiri merupakan sumber protein ya...

Apa itu MPASI 4 Bintang?

(Gambar: mypositiveparenting.org)  Buat ibu dan ayah yang baby nya siap untuk solid food pertamanya, mungkin mulai cari-cari info seputar MPASI ya. Apa lagi kalau baru anak pertama.. Pasti antusias banget (kalo aku pribadi baru melek tentang MPASI, khususnya MPASI homemade pas anak ke 2, tapi tak ada kata terlamabat.. 😊) Bicara MPASI, ada banyak jenis, mulai dari yang instan dan homemade, yang homemade juga banyak lagi cabang-cabangnya ada WHO, FC, BLW, dll... MPASI zaman now emang beragam.. Ga cukup anak di kasih asal judulnya bubur, selesai. Tapi setiap jenis ada rule nya. Kalau yang umum dan gencar di gembar-gembor ibu kader posyandu adalah MPASI WHO dan juga yang sangat di rekomendasikan menkes. Ada yang perlu diperhatikan untuk bikin MPASI ala WHO ( World Health Organization), simpelnya harus memperhatikan: tekstur, jenis, dan porsi, sesuai usia dede bayi nya.
