Apa itu MPASI 4 Bintang?

MPASI zaman now emang beragam.. Ga cukup anak di kasih asal judulnya bubur, selesai. Tapi setiap jenis ada rule nya. Kalau yang umum dan gencar di gembar-gembor ibu kader posyandu adalah MPASI WHO dan juga yang sangat di rekomendasikan menkes. Ada yang perlu diperhatikan untuk bikin MPASI ala WHO ( World Health Organization), simpelnya harus memperhatikan: tekstur, jenis, dan porsi, sesuai usia dede bayi nya. Review: Segye Korean Stir Fried Kimchi Ramyun (Part 1)

Aku tergelitik ketika melihat begitu banyak varian mie instan ala ala Korea di etalase supermarket. Entah latah dari mana, mungkin dari demam K-Pop beberapa tahun lalu, atau memang banyak banget pecinta kuliner Korsel ini. Dulu perasaan hanya bisa mendapatkan mie instan korea semacam ini di toko-toko besar, yang memang komplit barang-barang impor. Tapi sekarang minimarket deket rumah aja sudah memiliki koleksi dagangan yang begini. Saat ini, banyak produk lokal yang berembel-embel tulisan Korea ya 😂 pernah terkecoh juga, meskipun produk lokal, gak terlihat kalau itu produk lokal, nyangkanya ya impor aja dari Korsel. Whatever, apa pun itu aku berniat bakalan bikin cerita bersambung, mengenai mie yang makin berasa kalau sambil nonton drakor...hehe. Review UKM: Cireng Banyur Khas D'Kongres Garut

Cireng atau aci digoreng, makanan rakyat Jawa Barat yang paling tenar dan ever lasting. Awalnya cireng hanya sebuah makanan olahan dari tepung tapioka yang ditambah garam lalu dibentuk bulat dan pipih, kemudian di goreng. Setelah itu mulai berkembang dengan isian sambal kacang di dalamnya. Dan siapa menyangka kini cireng sudah di modif jadi beragam jenis yang unik-unik. Dan tiba-tiba jadi pengen banget nyobain Cireng Banyur D'Kongres yang satu ini, gak usah jauh-jauh ke Garut, karena ini dijual online juga. (Cireng Banyur) Kemasannya mirip box obat cuma ini lebih besar, karena buat memasukan semua bahan ke dalamnya. Berhubung dalam rangka 17 agustus-an, jadi box nya pakai nuansa perjuangan. Box berisi cireng mentah 350 gr, bumbu kuah, cabai kering bubuk, dan jeruk nipis. Dan menurut aku lumayan cukup mantap porsinya, isi cireng bisa untuk 2 orang bahkan 3 orang ditambah anak kecil kaya Badar 😝 (Unboxing Cireng Banyur)  Isinya komplit, jadi tinggal eksekusi masa

Review: Nissin Gekikara Ramen Extra Hot (Part 4)

Ini salah satu varian ramen Nissin yang pertama kali muncul, jadi lebih duluan yang ini dari pada varian Mikuya. Sebetulnya aku belum beres mencoba semua rasa Mikuya,  baru yang Mikuya rasa kari Jepang  dan kesan yang aku dapat dari varian yang ini sangat positif, bikin pengen coba yang lainnya juga. Tapi sebelum colek-colek 2 rasa Mikuya ramen yang lainnya, tiba-tiba jadi tertarik juga untuk versi Gekikara Ramen, ini juga hadir dengan varian rasa yang lumayan banyak, hmm.. Kayanya sih ada 4 ( kalau lihat bungkusnya.. Hehe). Tapi untuk versi Gekikara Ramen ini gak pake rasa yang spesifik apa rasa jamur, ayam, atau apa? Palingan ada tuh yang rasa seafood. Contohnya aja Nissin Gekikara Ramen yang ini, ditulisnya cukup dengan rasa extra hot. Jadi agak susah juga ya membayangkan rasanya. Ya selain rasa pedas. Titik. Karena arti kata "Gekikara" sendiri berarti pedas. Mungkin ya rasa cabe aja gitu.. Hehe (Nissin Gekikara Ramen Extra Hot)  Kemasannya sudah mewakili identit

Info Kuliner: Bakso Panghegar Bandung, Kamu Wajib Coba (Part 1)

Satu lagi kuliner Bandung yang gak boleh terlewat kalau jalan-jalan keliling kota kembang: Bakso Panghegar. Walaupun penjual bakso udah gak terhitung banyaknya, dan hampir setiap belokan ada, tapi lidah gak akan bohong, pasti tahu saja mana yang beneran enak. 😋 Aku udah denger nama Bakso Panghegar ini sejak SMP, tapi kalau beneran icip-icip ditempat baru kemaren-kemaren..(maafkan aku yang gak gaul ini..😥😄), selebihnya makan kalau ada yang bungkus dan bawa ke rumah..haha Bakso ini menurut keterangan ibu penjual (aku juga seriusan baru tahu dari sumbernya langsung), kalau Bakso Panghegar ini sudah ada sejak tahun 86-an alias sampai artikel ini di buat, usianya udah lebih dari 30 tahun..lumayan bertahan ya👏 Sayangnya, aku gak lanjut ngobrol sama yang punyanya karena perut udah keburu laperrr..hehe yang pasti, ini penjualnya (sepertinya sih, gak nanya soalnya) adalah suami istri udah lumayan berumur, dan mereka emang menangani langsung "pasien-pasiennya", jadi ini jug
