Kesampaian juga mencoba kaldu Totole rasa jamur yang lagi happening banget di komunitas ibu-ibu sehat anti MSG 😁 Dari awal kemunculan produk ini yang hanya di jual di komunitas-komunitas, terus mulai bisa dibeli bebas via online, masih juga belum beli karena harganya mahal belum ongkir. Dan setelah maju mundur cantik buat beli, sekarang baru sempat beli, itu pun pas gak sengaja liat di swalayan ada yang begini. Walaupun akhir-akhirnya aku lebih suka belanja di internet. Sebetulnya Totole kaldu rasa jamur ini diperuntukan bagi para vegetarian, yang dari mulai ke kaldu-kaldu gak boleh ada unsur hewani. Dan semakin tenar dikalangan penggiat diet sehat bebas kolesterol, karena kaldu dari tumbuhan tidak mengandung lemak sama sekali, dan karena sangat alami dan tidak menggunakan MSG, maka ibu-ibu yang punya balita khususnya, berbondong-bondong lah membicarakan kaldu ini.. Resep Ayam Keremes

Ayam kremes.. Pertama-pertama gak paham juga jenis menu ayam kaya gimana, dan ternyata setelah coba beli di salah satu warung makan deket kampus jama kuliah dulu, baru paham deh bahwa "keremes" yang dimaksud ya semacam gorengan yang diancurin,  mungkin maksudnya diremes-remes gitu kali ya. Lumayan lah varian lain dari ayam serundeng. Tidak ada Sumber yang pasti,  yang menyatakan berasal dan kapan mulai tercipta menu jenis ini, tahu-tahu sudah tenar saja di kaki lima maupun resto. Pada dasarnya menu ayam keremes ini terdiri dari ayam dan keremesan, dan bubuk gorengan yang dinyatakan dengan keremasan ini memiliki rasa yang gurih, kalau ayamnya sendiri sih gak terlalu gimana, sama aja kaya rasa ayam goreng pada umumnya. Kali ini aku akan membuat resep ayam keremes ala-ala yang super simpel.. Tapi rasanya enakkkk.. 😆 Kalau gitu, bu ibu.... Ini dia... Resep Balakutak Hideung (khas sunda )

Masak…masak…udah lama ga post soal dapur. Baiklah teman-teman, kali ini kita coba masak yang ngga banget penampilannya..” Balakutak Hideung”…but, don’t judge a book by its cover ya, meski item-item begini rasanya enak… Sebelumnya kita kenalan dulu sama balakutak, sejenis makhluk apakah ini? Nah, sering orang gagal paham soal balakutak, dibilangnya cumi…padahal bukan lho (ya sodaranya cumi kali ya soalnya mirip..maksa). Balakutak itu disebut juga ikan nus atau sotong, bedanya sama cumi: kalo cumi panjang-panjang terus cangkangnya lunak ya, kalo balakutak versi buntetnya alias aga bulet-bulet gitu. Kalo di warung warnanya lebih putih dengan corak kaya batik gitu, dan tentu saja sudah mati..(iihh..males juga kalo diurusnya masih hidup-hidup…geli banget tentakelnya. Sotong memiliki cangkang keras yang kaya akan kalsium (tapi tentu cangkangnya ga bisa kita makan ya). Kalau dari fotonya kaya cangkang kerang ya, padahal aslinya itu ada di dalem. Review: Susu Booster ASI Asigen Berkolagen (part 3)

Masih terus berusaha meng 'asi' hi sampai usia 2 tahun, Insyallah.. 😉 meskipun secara resmi (halah bahasanya.. Hehe) bulan ini anakku udah mulai makan MPASI, tapi ASI tetap yang utama sebagai asupan nutrisi bayi. So, masih sering rajin minum dan makan makanan yang bisa booster ASI meskipun tak segiat dulu under 6 months. Dan kali ini jatuhlah pilihan pada booster ASI merek Asigen. Kelebihan booster ini sesuai klaimnya adalah mengandung ekstra kolagen. Jadi cukup menggiurkan ya, di tengah hiruk pikuk ngurus bayi, yang semua orang juga tahu "riweuh" nya kayak apa, cukup minum nutrisi ini kulit mom bisa tetep kinclong, jadi gak perlu kepikiran kapan bisa ke salon kecantikan buat upgrade skin looks. Resep Oseng Genjer Saus Oncom (Khas Sunda)

Awalnya saya pikir "genjer" dan "eceng gondok" sama, ternyata beda...hehe. Setelah saya baca, ternyata genjer merupakan salah satu penyumbang terbanyak serat dalam hidangan, selain itu terkandung juga beberapa zat lainnya seperti protein, kalsium, fosfor, dan zat besi. Genjer memang tidak setenar jenis sayuran lain seperti kangkung atau bayam, namun di beberapa daerah tanaman ini masih sering di olah menjadi santapan. Oncom merupakan hasil fermentasi beberapa jenis kapang, sistem yang digunakan adalah peragian. Oncom banyak dikenal di daerah jawa barat, jenis oncom pun terdiri dari beberapa jenis antara lain oncom berbahan baku kacang tanah dan bahan baku"ampas tahu". Dapat dilihat dari teksturnya, untuk kualitas terbaik tentu oncom yang berbahan baku kacang tanah.
