Belajar dari Makanan Rumah Sakit

Lama tidak update blog, rasanya hampa-hampa gimana gitu #lebay. Alhamdulillah.. Anak kedua saya sudah lahir, dengan penuh drama dan tanpa diduga-duga. Disini aku gak akan bahas detail proses lahirannya karena ini bukan blog parenting or semacamnya 😄. Untuk anak kedua ini, aku harus di rawat di rumah sakit karena divonis terkena preeklamsia, semacam "penyakit" khas ibu hamil. Dari cuma baca-baca di internet tentang komplikasi kehamilan ini, eh malah ngalamin sendiri, sedih pasti tapi itu adalah takdir terbaik yang sudah digariskan Allah swt. Apa pun yang pasti aku banyak belajar dan bersyukur untuk 9 hari menginap di rumah sakit. Kalau boleh curhat sedikit, di rawat di rumah sakit memang bukan suatu yang menyenangkan, at least aku pribadi selama di rumah sakit gak perlu repot mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah dan dapur, gak perlu ngurus anak, dan intinya benar-benar istirahat termasuk nulis blog dan pekerjaan lainnya. Review: Totole Kaldu Rasa Jamur (Vegetarian Food)

Kesampaian juga mencoba kaldu Totole rasa jamur yang lagi happening banget di komunitas ibu-ibu sehat anti MSG 😁 Dari awal kemunculan produk ini yang hanya di jual di komunitas-komunitas, terus mulai bisa dibeli bebas via online, masih juga belum beli karena harganya mahal belum ongkir. Dan setelah maju mundur cantik buat beli, sekarang baru sempat beli, itu pun pas gak sengaja liat di swalayan ada yang begini. Walaupun akhir-akhirnya aku lebih suka belanja di internet. Sebetulnya Totole kaldu rasa jamur ini diperuntukan bagi para vegetarian, yang dari mulai ke kaldu-kaldu gak boleh ada unsur hewani. Dan semakin tenar dikalangan penggiat diet sehat bebas kolesterol, karena kaldu dari tumbuhan tidak mengandung lemak sama sekali, dan karena sangat alami dan tidak menggunakan MSG, maka ibu-ibu yang punya balita khususnya, berbondong-bondong lah membicarakan kaldu ini.. Resep Italian Potato Wedges

Kentanggggg... Love it sooooo muchhh... Menu kentang apa pun suka, mau di goreng, jadiin perkedel, balado, apa pun... Suka bangett... Di rumah ada stok kentang, yang rencananya mau dibikin sop, tapi gak keburu aja, ya sudah kita bikin yang yummmy ala cafe aja.. 😉 Potato Wedges seringnya ketemu di menu-menu western, emang cocok banget buat makanan karbo yang pasangannya sama steak, ayam panggang, etc. Tekstur kentangnya kres..kres..pokonya enak. Resep Balakutak Hideung (khas sunda )

Masak…masak…udah lama ga post soal dapur. Baiklah teman-teman, kali ini kita coba masak yang ngga banget penampilannya..” Balakutak Hideung”…but, don’t judge a book by its cover ya, meski item-item begini rasanya enak… Sebelumnya kita kenalan dulu sama balakutak, sejenis makhluk apakah ini? Nah, sering orang gagal paham soal balakutak, dibilangnya cumi…padahal bukan lho (ya sodaranya cumi kali ya soalnya mirip..maksa). Balakutak itu disebut juga ikan nus atau sotong, bedanya sama cumi: kalo cumi panjang-panjang terus cangkangnya lunak ya, kalo balakutak versi buntetnya alias aga bulet-bulet gitu. Kalo di warung warnanya lebih putih dengan corak kaya batik gitu, dan tentu saja sudah mati..(iihh..males juga kalo diurusnya masih hidup-hidup…geli banget tentakelnya. Resep Zupa Cream Corn Soup

Ini adalah salah satu makanan favorit aku dan anak-anak, biasanya kalau ada tukang Zupa-zupa lewat depan rumah, lumayan sering beli. Selain itu, kalau datang ke sebuah undangan resepsi pernikahan, biasanya stand Zupa-zupa selalu yang paling pertama di buru..hehe Ada sisa kulit pastry di kulkas habis bikin Molen Pisang, bingung mau dibuat apa lagi yang belum pernah bikin sendiri, dan terbesit lah ide bikin Zupa-zupa ini.
